    Salary: Competitive basic + annual company bonus + pension scheme + 23 holidays (+ 8 bank holidays) + Perkbox membership + onsite parking

    Working: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

    Location: Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire (RG41 5TP)

    You will be working for REL Field Marketing to fulfil the role of Account Executive (Administrator) on our Tactical Team at our Head Office based in Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire.

    So, what are the responsibilities?

    You will be responsible for:

    • Standard operational administration activities, including:
      • Field brief and survey writing for approval of the project manager
      • Collate briefs and project materials to distribute to field team via mailouts
      • Keep the client up to date with photos from live activities using our internal activity management system
      • System administration such as paperwork checks
    • Responding to operational issues in the field via phone and email
    • Ensuring the field team have the necessary equipment and information to complete the job
    • Liaising with the warehouse/courier and field colleagues regarding delivery of POS (Point of Sale materials)
    • Completing monthly grocery reports for business directors
    • Completing an activity in store on a monthly basis

    … and what qualifications should you have?

    You will have:

    • Strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
    • A good “can do” attitude, and prepared to go that “extra mile”
    • Confidence with Excel, and PowerPoint 
    • Basic IT skills in Word and Outlook
