    Package: competitive basic + annual company bonus + pension scheme + onsite parking
    Working: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
    Location: Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire


    You will be working for REL Field Marketing to fulfil the role of Account Administrator.

    So, what are the responsibilities?

    You will be responsible for:

    • Providing the first line of support for incoming phone calls from field colleagues
    • Managing various email inboxes and deal with all requests in a timely manner
    • Running the administration of all travel and accommodation requests for all strategic customers
    • Where appropriate, helping support the wider strategic team on operational tasks
    • Managing and reconciling credit cards monthly
    • Negotiating rates with hotels and creating a portfolio of preferred providers
    • Management of travel and accommodation costs in line with budgets
    • Assisting with general housekeeping tasks

    … and what qualifications should you have?

    You will have:

    • A “can do” attitude, team player and flexible approach 
    • Effective communication skills and confident in negotiation
    • The ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workload and manage time effectively 
    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
    • Comfortable with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and social media such as Facebook
