    Full Time, Permanent 
    Salary: competitive basic + up to £3,000 per annum bonus opportunity (paid quarterly) + company car 
    Working: 5 days, Tuesday to Saturday 
    Territory: Guildford, Staines, Kingston, Reading, Portsmouth, Southampton and surrounding areas
    (GU, KT, PO, RG, SO, TW)

    You will be working for REL Field Marketing to fulfil the role of Regional Field Team Manager (RFM). As an RFM,  you will have full accountability for regional operations and standards of performance, while producing period reports showing team performance versus targets and action plans to address shortfalls.  The position carries considerable autonomy to develop and implement best practice solutions and more effective ways of working.

    So, what are the responsibilities?

    You will be responsible for:

    • Managing, Recruiting, training, developing and inspiring a team of Ambassadors creating a culture of coaching and people development within the region
    • Leading the team, instilling passion for performance and driving return for our customers
    • Enabling the team to be the best they can by ensuring they have the information and tools they need
    • Embedding REL’s values and People Promise principles within the region and ensure they are our default way of working
    • Ensuring company standard operating systems are embedded across all personnel within the division including steps to the call and standards of performance
    • Working with a mix of contracted and self-employed Ambassadors and Field Agents
