    CRM Administrator - Advantage Smollan

     

    Flexible Part time, 6 to 12 months fixed term contract

    Salary: 16,000 to 18,000 pro rata (£8.79 - £9.89/hr) + free parking

    Working: 21 hours per week Monday to Friday (flexible on the days/hours)

    Location: Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire RG41 5TP

     

    You will be working for the Advantage Smollan group to fulfil the role of CRM Administrator, based in UK.  The main purpose is to assist companies in our group (known as OpCos) integrate data from their existing CRM into the group Dynamics CRM. This is a short-term project to provide a fix whilst an automated integration solution is built.

     

    Reporting into the International Customer Development Team you will be responsible for liaising with four or five OpCos to export data from their CRM system into Dynamics on a regular basis.

     

    You will be responsible for data management and cleansing and for ensuring that key business data is updated on a monthly basis prior to management reports being produced.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsibility for liaising with each OpCo to export data from their CRM system, cleanse it and import into Dynamics
    • Identifying and resolving any quality management issues with data received
    • Ensuring that new business data (pipeline Opportunities) is updated by the last day of each month to allow accurate management reporting
    • Producing monthly exception reports to highlight any areas of incorrect data / non-compliance across the whole ASL Group
    • Supporting Advantage Smollan’s focus on driving a CRM centred culture and engagement across the group
    • Assisting with the roll-out of the automated integration solution, including user acceptance testing, training etc.

    Requirements:

    • Experience of working with CRM platforms – especially Dynamics, SalesForce, Synergist
    • Advanced level Excel skills (including ability to do v-look ups)
    • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to different requirements from each OpCo
    • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
    • Organized and with a high attention to detail
