    Full-Time, 12 Months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
    Salary: Competitive basic + pension scheme + onsite parking 

    Working: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
    Location: Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire RG41 5TP


    You will be working for REL Field Marketing to fulfil the role of Account Executive / Client Administrator at our head office in Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Being the central point of contact for the field for all operational issues on a day to day basis
    • Providing line managers and colleagues with regular updates
    • Timely execution of administration processes
    • Ensuring the field team have necessary equipment and information to complete the job
    • Supporting and organising Regional, National Forums/Conference, assessment centres or general recruitment venues
    • Booking accommodation and travel 
    • Processing new starters and leavers 
    • Diary management

    You will have:

    • Effective communication skills
    • Strong organisational skills
    • A positive team player attitude 
    • The ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workload and manage time effectively 
    • Basic IT skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • A ‘can do’ attitude is essential, as well as the ability to work hard and have fun whilst we’re working!
