Are you a dynamic AR professional with a knack for streamlining processes and leading teams to success? We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Team Lead to step into a pivotal role within our Shared Services team.

Process Leadership: Standardise 3rd party and Intercompany (IC) invoicing processes to elevate our Shared Service efficiency.
Ledger Ownership: Assume full ownership of the entire debtor’s ledger, including the control of accrued and deferred income.
Credit & Collections: Oversee new customer onboarding, implement a structured dunning letter process, and maintain strong relationships with debt collectors.
Team Support: Guide the team in raising sales invoices, creating project codes, and managing the accounts mailbox/phone line.
Financial Control: Handle FX revaluations, intercompany/balance sheet reconciliations, month-end activities, and short-term cash flow preparation.
Performance Insights: Track, analyse, and report on operational KPIs to keep the team moving forward.
