Field-Based | 24 Hours per Week | Fixed Term Contract until April 2027
Salary: £17,521.92 per annum + up to 15% quarterly bonus
OTE: up to £20,150 per annum OTE
Territory: Sydenham, Lewisham, Clapham, Bromley and surrounds
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and influencing outcomes?
We're looking for a proactive Brand Ambassador to join our Mondelez team on a fixed term, part-time basis. Working across a portfolio of retail stores, you'll be responsible for representing some of the UK's most loved brands including Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita, and Maynards Bassetts.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine relationship-building, sales, and retail execution in a field-based role where no two days are the same.
Whether you have experience in field sales, retail, customer service or account management, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Maintain high standards of brand representation across all stores
Plan and manage your own schedule across multiple locations
Prioritise opportunities to maximise impact and performance
Provide regular updates and insights from your territory
A confident and enthusiastic communicator
Strong relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Commercially aware with a focus on achieving results
Experience in retail, customer service, sales, merchandising or a customer-facing environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Full UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle
Ability to travel throughout the territory
Up to £16.41 per hour on-target earnings
