Operations Executive

Full-Time, Permanent 

Salary: £23,130 per annum + annual company bonus 

Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Location: Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire - RG41 5TP

 

You will be working for Smollan to fulfil the role of Operations Executive / Account Executive on our Tactical Team.

 

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to operational issues in the field via phone and email
  • Ensuring the field team have the necessary equipment and information to complete the job
  • Liaising with the warehouse/courier and field colleagues regarding delivery of POS (Point of Sale materials)
  • Completing monthly grocery reports for business directors
  • Completing an activity in store on a monthly basis
  • Standard operational administration activities, including:
    • Field brief and survey writing for approval of the project manager
    • Collate briefs and project materials to distribute to field team via mailouts
    • Keep the client up to date with photos from live activities using our internal activity management system
    • System administration such as paperwork checks

You will have:

  • Basic IT skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • A good “can do” attitude, and you are prepared to go that “extra mile”
  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
