Location: Winnersh, RG41 5TP (Hybrid) + client sites
Smollan are seeking a commercially-minded Account Director. This is a high-level leadership position focused on developing long-term strategic plans, driving B2B business growth, and ensuring the operational success of our field management teams.
You will hold full accountability for P&L performance, stakeholder management, and the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance our customer’s market position.
