Salary: £26,480 – £29,000 FTE (pro-rata £10,592 – £11,600 for 14hrs/week) + bonus + expenses, 34p per mile

Your Impact As the primary leadership presence across your region, you will:
Coach for Excellence: Move beyond "supervision" to active mentorship. You’ll be responsible for the professional growth and performance of our field teams.
Drive Store Partnerships: Act as the face of the brand for Store Managers, navigating challenges and ensuring "Gold Standard" activation placement.
Quality Assurance: Use your eye for detail to audit brand presence, ensuring every consumer interaction is premium.
Performance Analytics: Instill a data-driven culture where KPIs aren't just met—they are exceeded.
Mentorship Skills: Experience in training, developing, and getting the best out of a team.
The "Can-Do" Spirit: An enthusiastic mindset that sees opportunities where others see challenges.
Reliability: The ability to manage a flexible 14-hour week, primarily across the busy weekend period.
Ideal (but not essential):
Experience in sampling, brand activation, or promotional roles.
Background in FMCG, retail, or experiential marketing.
Competitive Pay: £10,592 per annum + up to £1,008 bonus based on KPIs (£11,600 OTE).
