Hisense Product Specialist Trainer - TV & Home Appliances

Salary: £30,000 to 32,000/annum + up to 10% bonus + Hybrid company car & Fuel card

Hours: 37.5hrs/ week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend for events and possible European travel)

Territory: Field based with a mid-England focus, easy access to Fort Dunlop 

Smollan have secured an exciting partnership with Hisense - one of Europe’s fastest-growing consumer electronics brands - and we are now recruiting a Product Trainer to support their continued growth across the UK.

As a Consumer Electronics Product Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging product training sessions to retail teams. Often classroom-based, your role will focus on new launches, product USPs and ensuring store teams feel confident selling Hisense technology.

This role is not just about presenting slides, it’s about creating belief, advocacy, and measurable sales impact.

What you will be doing

• Deliver engaging face-to-face classroom training sessions

• Support new product launches and communicate technology USPs clearly

• Build strong relationships with retail partners and store management teams

• Create innovative training materials in both print and video format. This could be creating online content for Hisense’s Learning Management System, producing a promotional piece of work to promote an offer, or even creating a video showing a new product in action.

• Measure training impact and provide structured feedback

• Work closely with the Hisense Training Manager and wider account team to produce engaging training sessions and training materials

• Represent Hisense professionally at events, meetings and roadshows

What we are looking for

• Experience within consumer electronics

• Experience delivering product training or coaching retail teams

• Confident presenting to small and medium-sized groups

• Ability to create engaging training content using a variety of methods

• Strong understanding of technology features and how to translate them into benefits

• Commercial awareness and the ability to link training to sales performance

• Self-motivated and comfortable to work to deadlines and ever changing priorities

• Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
