Field Team Leader - Sampling & Brand Experience

Package: £16,845 to £18,365/annum OTE + 34p/mile  

Working: 21 hours per week over 3 days (Part time, Perm)

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Territory: Clapham, Dartford, Romford, Chiswick, Islington and surrounds

Your Mission: Lead with Passion

Supporting the Regional Field Manager, you will be the "boots on the ground" leader for our Sampling Team across the region.

• Lead and support a team delivering sampling and brand activation campaigns

• Coach, train, and onboard Brand Ambassadors and promotional staff

• Ensure all activations meet brand, compliance, and performance standards

• Build strong working relationships with Store Managers and retail partners

• Be present in the field, leading by example

• Drive team engagement, motivation, and KPI performance

What we are looking for

This is a role for a leader who leads by example. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Experience in sampling, brand activation, promotions, retail, or customer-facing roles

• Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising staff

• An enthusiastic mindset that sees opportunities where others see challenges.
• The ability to manage a flexible 21-hour week, primarily across the busy weekend period.

Ideal (but not essential):

• Experience in sampling, brand activation or promotional roles
• Background in FMCG, retail or experiential marketing
