• £16,845 up to £18,365/annum OTE

Your Mission

As Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind a team of passionate in-store samplers. Your role is all about:

• Coaching and developing new & existing team members

• Building strong relationships with store managers

• Ensuring every activation is delivered to the highest standard

• Inspiring enthusiasm, energy and performance every single shift

What You’ll Bring

• Experience leading or training a team (Retail / Events / Hospitality / Field Sales / Promotions welcome!)

• A proactive, hands-on approach

• Strong people skills and a customer-first mindset

• Full UK driving licence & your own reliable car
