Full Time, 2 months FTC
Salary: £27,000 basic + 20% bonus (OTE £32,400 per annum) + company car
Working: 37.5 hrs/week, Monday to Friday
Territory: Manchester and surrounding areas
Training: 29 Sep to 1 Oct / End date: 28 Nov 2025
In this front-line sales role, you will leverage your strong relationship-building skills, confidence in closing sales, and accuracy in capturing and reporting data to deliver for our client.
Source leads from call files, pioneer leads and tip-offs
Educate business owners on their legal obligations regarding music licensing
Present the benefits of licensing, sell licences to outlets, and promote the positive aspects of music use
Hold constructive but sometimes challenging conversations with business owners, persuading them of the value of securing the correct licence
Overcome objections and close sales with professionalism and confidence
Secure licence payments in-outlet using contactless card payment
Capture accurate data, provide feedback, and share insight on territory trends, leads, and opportunities
Proven experience in field sales, compliance, or business development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in handling objections and challenging conversations
Persuasive and solutions-focused, able to influence decision-makers while maintaining a calm, professional approach
Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by results, without becoming confrontational or discouraged
Highly organised, able to work independently and manage a busy call schedule
Comfortable using CRM systems
Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
