Retail Sales Trainer

We're looking for a Retail Sales Trainer to represent Honor—one of the world’s most innovative mobile phone brands.

Territory: Northampton, Swindon, Reading, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire

What You’ll Do:

• Train & Coach: Deliver in-store training and coaching to retail teams, turning them into Honor product experts

• Drive Sales: Support sell-through by educating on key features, customer benefits, and competitor advantages

• Build Presence: Ensure full product visibility, POS compliance, and brand representation in stores

• Connect: Build strong working relationships with store staff and key stakeholders

• Report & Analyse: Share insights, report on competitor activity, and identify sales opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven background in retail sales, field marketing, or product training, ideally in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry

• Passion for tech and the latest innovations in smartphones

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to influence and motivate retail teams

• A valid UK manual driving license (12+ months)
