Staffing Scheduler

Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum + annual company bonus scheme

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Office based in Winnersh, Berkshire RG41 5TP 
 

We’re looking for a Staffing Scheduler to join our dynamic Field Operations team. You’ll play a key role in matching the right people to the right jobs - coordinating field marketing campaigns, liaising with teams, solving problems, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Booking staff for engaging brand campaigns
• Managing missed calls and filling roles quickly
• Collaborating with account managers and field teams
• Acting as a friendly point of contact for queries and support

• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple schedules
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a busy environment
• No prior experience necessary—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn
