Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum + annual company bonus scheme

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Office based in Winnersh, Berkshire RG41 5TP 
 

We’re looking for a Field Staff Booker to join our energetic team. You’ll be the link between our campaigns and the amazing people who bring them to life - booking staff, solving problems, keeping everything on schedule, and making sure no job goes unfilled.

What the role looks like:

• Fast-moving, high-energy environment where no two days are the same
• Talking to lots of different people, every day
• Coordinating staff across exciting field marketing campaigns
• Juggling calls, calendars, and campaign needs
• Being the go-to support for both the field and office teams

What we’re looking for:

• A natural communicator who’s friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure
• Organised and quick-thinking, with great attention to detail
• No formal qualifications required - but you’ll need to show us you’ve got transferable skills like customer service, multitasking, or scheduling
• Someone who loves working in a team and thrives when things get busy
