Salary: £22,222 to £24,000 per annum + annual company bonus 

Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Location: Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire (RG41)

You will be working for REL Field Marketing to fulfil the role of Account Executive on our Tactical Team.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the day to day operations of the ASDA Accreditation Account ensuring we adhere to the agreed SLA’s
• Troubleshooting operational issues, and working with the Operations Manager to provide solutions
• General system housekeeping tasks
• Responding to operational issues in the field via phone and email
• Completion of daily Sainsbury’s Accreditation tasks
• Manage various email inboxes and deal with all requests in a timely manner
• Production of the monthly field newsletter
• Support the On Demand Team with internal reports
• Field brief and survey writing for approval of the project manager
• Collate briefs and project materials to distribute to field team via mailouts
• Keep the client up to date with photos from live activities using our internal activity management system
• System administration such as paperwork checks
• Contact the field team with issues or questions from the customers
• Completing an activity in store on a Quarterly basis

You will have:

• A “can do” attitude, team player and flexible approach
• Effective communication skills
• The ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workload and manage time effectively
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and social media such as Facebook
