Salary: £24,322/annum + up to 10% bonus (up to £26,754 OTE) + company car

Covering Territory: Basildon, Chelmsford, Dartford,Ilford, Maidstone, Romford, Southend-on-Sea and surrounding areas

Are you looking for an exciting new challenge where every day is different? Look no further! Our Henkel team are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join them. No experience necessary, just enthusiasm for the role and the willingness to learn and succeed!

You’ll represent the iconic Henkel adhesive products, including Sellotape, Loctite, and Pritt, being the face of the brand and helping to drive visibility and awareness of the brand across your territory.

What you will be doing:

• Visiting Retail Stores: Your role will involve visiting well-known retailers like Dunelm, B&M, The Range, WHSmith, B&Q, and more.

• Driving Sales & Visibility: You’ll be responsible for merchandising, setting up displays, and making sure Henkel products are easy to find and top of mind for customers.

• Building Relationships: You’ll develop strong working relationships with store managers and retail teams to make sure Henkel products are positioned in prime locations.

• Product Ambassador: You’ll share your knowledge about Henkel products and be a trusted brand ambassador.

You will have:

• Strong Communication Skills: You’ll be engaging with a variety of people, so being approachable and confident is key.
• A Willingness to Learn: You don’t need to have previous experience, just a positive attitude and the desire to succeed.
• Retail Knowledge: Understanding the retail environment and what makes products succeed on the shelves is a plus.
• Driving License: A full UK driving license (held for at least 12 months) is required for this role.
