Overview:
We’re seeking a driven and strategic Account Director to lead across multiple international markets. In this leadership role, you’ll manage a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and oversee operations to ensure the success and profitability of the business unit. If you have a passion for FMCG, team management, and delivering results, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across international markets; Collaborating with Product Trainers and Retail Ambassadors to drive performance and achieve business goals
• Drive revenue growth through strategic business development and client management.
• Oversee financial goals, ensuring budget adherence and maximizing profitability.
• Develop and implement operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Attitude: Positive, can-do mindset and a drive to achieve results
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the FMCG industry
• Experience: Proven leadership in managing client accounts
• Strong background working with Product Trainers and Retail Ambassadors
• Skills: Strong people management, coaching abilities, and P&L management
• Availability to start ASAP with a short notice period or open to immediate work
