We're looking for a Field Team Manager to join our dynamic team

Part-Time & Permanent: 21 hours per week (Friday to Sunday, with occasional Thursdays)

Competitive Package: £16,435 - £18,079/annum OTE (Full-time equivalent: £29,347 - £32,282 OTE) + 34p/mile or public transport expenses 

Territory: Central London area including Islington, Sydenham, Crayford, Chiswick and surrounds (You can use public transport or your own reliable vehicle)

What you’ll be doing:

 

- Leading, training, and supporting a team of brand samplers to deliver outstanding results.

- Building relationships with store managers and staff to ensure smooth and effective operations.

- Inspiring your team to deliver high performance and ensure each activity meets the standards.

- Embedding best practices and creating a culture of excellence and coaching within the region.

- Welcoming and developing new team members, ensuring their success from day one!

- Experience in training, coaching, and leading teams.

- A hands-on approach to delivering excellence in a customer-focused role.

- Passion for performance, with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
