HONOR Team Leader

Full time, Permanent
Salary: up to £29,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + company car 
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Territory: Reading and team territory locations 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver HONOR’s product and field strategy through a team of regional retail trainers, using field insight to drive maximum ROI
• Lead, manage, develop, and inspire a field team of regional retail trainers
• Own the region from an HONOR commercial perspective by developing and delivering sales strategies which achieve sales targets.
• Deliver weekly team results and insight on performance, and maximise ROI
• Network within the technology community to build a following for each regional retail trainer recognising opportunities and providing essential feedback
• Leading by example you will also visit a number of retail outlets and divisional contacts

What we are looking for:

• People management experience
• Sales or training experience
• Passion for consumer tech
• Full manual driving license for at least 12 months
